  • How it works:
    Initial signup is a required minimum of three (3) months.
  • Your monthly membership price ($119) will be automatically drafted from your debit or credit card each month entitling you to the membership benefits listed above, on or after your payment date.
  • The membership monthly fee is specified above. If your Custom Chiropractic Package payment is made, you will be considered active and in good standing.
  • If you do not use your chiropractic package for that month, it will NOT roll-over to the next month. Additional benefits such as Cryotherapy and discounted products/services do not roll-over.
  • Months that contain holidays or office closures will not add additional days to benefit period
  • Agreements at sign up that are nine(9) months or longer will receive additional adjustments during the month for 50% off

Terms & Conditions:

  • If through no fault of ours, your payment account does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transaction, or your payment account or credit card does not otherwise permit the transaction to be executed, you will be charged a $35 insufficient funds fee. We will contact you to update your account with a working payment method.
  • You may cancel your appointment without charge if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Cancellations without 24 hour notice/No Call No Shows will result in a $40 charge for your session, as that time has been set aside specifically for you.
  • You may terminate your membership contract prior to 12 months. All cancellations require 30 days written notice or email and are effective within 10 business days after the 30 day notice period. Payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled.
  • Custom Chiropractic Package monthly payments are automatically debited from the member’s registered credit/debit card. The payment is debited monthly on the same day of each month as the first payment (this is the sign up date). The monthly charges will continue automatically each month for 12 months, or until the termination of the membership.
